Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
Shipping times will depend on the production category. Products are currently divided into 2 categories: ‘1 of 1' and 'Pre-Order'.
Pieces in the ‘1 of 1’ category are ready to ship straight away. If you are based in the UK, we will use a Royal Mail First Class Tracked and Signed service.
This should arrive within 3 working days, but please allow up to 5.
Pieces on Pre-Order will have their own individual production shipping times as this will include production, so please check the shipping info on the product page. Smaller and less complex items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks and larger, more complex pieces will be shipped in 4-6 to 4-8 weeks.
We ship internationally, however times and cost will be dependent on location and customs charges.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns currently unless there is a major fault. In this case, please get in touch regarding the issues via our contact form.
Please read our sizing info carefully before purchasing items to ensure it fits. If you are unsure or require specific measurements, please also do not hesitate to get in touch for more info and custom sizing.
